Johnny was always one of my favorite singers. I loved his rendention of "Rainy Night
In Georgia". His memorial service will be held on September 2 at 11:00 am at Peoples Funeral Home, 5000 West Chicago
Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. Go in Peace Johnny!
Frank "Son" Seals (August 13, 1942 - December 20, 2004)
He called me "Son Seals, Jr." when I sang his song Mother Blues. Son was one of the people instrumental in my musical
growth. With his gruff, teddy bear style he always encouraged and critized in the same breath, but not without understanding
that he geninunely cared about me. I will miss him greately.

I will always remember his "sang gal" shout from the stage at Rosa's. He always uplifted me during a performance.
Jerry Soto (August 2005)
Soto Studios was where I recorded my first CD. Jerry Soto was kind, patient and incredibly talented.
He is playing keys/organ on some tunes on the CD. I was looking forward to doing a second one there. Guess, it'll
have to wait...
